We aim to have 2-week turn around for most of our positions. We will contact all applications either way - no matter what the decision is. So you would have heard from us if you were not being considered anymore.

At SOUTHWORKS, we have a very transparent salary structure in which everyone has the same opportunities and follows a similar growth path. Salaries are standardised based on career levels, and roles. We have quarterly performance reviews, and semi-annual promotion rounds.
